Frequently Asked Questions

No, registration is not required to view open jobs prior to the date of the event. Registration is required to participate in the Job Fair on the day of the event and communicate with participating employers. There is no cost to register but contact info and a resume must be uploaded.
A majority of the positions require a resume and from our experience hosting a virtual job fair in the past with these employers, without a resume being submitted for jobs that require them, you will not be considered for the position. Thus, we highly recommend you submit a resume when applying for jobs posted by these employers. Unemployed individuals looking for assistance in preparing a resume for use with this job fair or other job seeking opportunities can contact their area Career One Stop Center. Find your Career One Stop Center here.
When creating your profile through the registration process, you have the opportunity to upload three resumes. To replace any of those resumes with a new one, simply access your profile and edit it by replacing one of the current resume with the new one. Additionally, in your chat communications with employers, you will see that you can attach a file. Thus, you could submit a chat note that you would like to be considered for a particular position and attach your resume to that communication.
There will be jobs of all types, in a variety of categories (plant operations, management, marketing, sales, customer service and more). Some jobs will require experience. Others will not. If you see a job of interest but are not sure if you qualify, register to participate in the job fair and feel free to chat with the employer during the Job Fair.
Yes, you will be able to review all open jobs and apply for those of interest during the Job Fair.
