Machine Mechanic

Job Duties:

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance on equipment and maintain records
  • Maintain equipment maintenance records for all equipment
  • Perform general mechanical & electrical maintenance or repairs as needed
  • Assist in major repairs/rebuilds with the appropriate inside or outside skills
  • Keep spare parts storage area well organized
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Good mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
  • 1-3 Years mechanical experience preferred
  • Ability to detect and solve equipment operational problems
  • Must be able to work on equipment which may entail light to medium weight job duties
  •  Must have good organizational skills
  • Must be quality conscious
  • Self starter with a sense of expediency
  • Forklift certified or able to be certified
