Our World Class Supervisor will support the World Class Program for the Cockeysville, MD, site.
The main functions of this position are: actively participate and partner with departments to drive engagement and create and sustain a culture of innovation excellence within SAFT. This will result in improvement by identifying improvement opportunities, leading workshops, trainings local teams, identifying and sharing best practices. You will also promote World Class improvement methods by utilizing external benchmarking, animating internal expert networks, actively participating with various teams.
Requirements:
Engineering Degree or MBA
Minimum of seven years of experience
Working knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing in Industrial Operations
