McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry, is seeking a full-time Department Manager - Production. This new hire will work in the Hunt Valley Plant, located in Hunt Valley, MD. The Department Manager - Production will report to a Operations Manager.

Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the Department Manager provides strategic leadership for a Department within the Hunt Valley Plant. The Department Manager has overall accountability for the performance of a Department and the impact on the larger operating unit. Leads Team Managers and staff to achieve exceptional business results through the development of people and continuous improvement of manufacturing and supply chain processes. Particpates as an active member of the leadership team and ensures that strategies across functions are aligned to create common objectives and achieve plant goals.
