Position:  Representative and liaison between Raloid Corporation and customer purchasing representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and submits incoming request for quotes and proposals and prepares them for distribution in accordance with office protocol
• Receives via Exostar all Purchase Orders within 5 days of receipt and submits to scheduler for in-house processing
• Responds within 48 hours to customer request for clarification and further information as it relates to applications and quotes
• Reviews and monitors via Exostar performance ratings, addressing any discrepancies immediately with the buyer of record. Reports findings and status to Chief Operating Officer
• Prepares data for weekly bid/no bid and quote/order tracking meetings
• Gathers customer intelligence and background associated with request for quotes and proposals.
• Creates and writes narratives when necessary for proposal submissions

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred
• Proven negotiating and decision making under time pressure.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Practical, detail oriented, flexible and dedicated team player that can work with minimal supervision, willingness and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage several major activities simultaneously
