Job Summary:
Perform assigned payroll duties for multiple operating units. Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Process timecards and payroll for multiple companies.
• Review and address timecard and payroll discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile payroll.
• Prepare and record payroll journal entries.
• Assist employees with timecard or payroll questions or issues.
• Assist with processing of contingent worker invoices
• Adhere to company internal controls.
