The employee will be responsible for coordinating/establishing yearly department overhead budgets for TSC and select subsidiaries and monitoring actual performance against the department budgets throughout the year. The employee will also be responsible for establishing, publishing & monitoring overhead, G&A, FCCoM and direct labor rates for the main four defense segments. Additional responsibilities include preparing quarterly monitoring reports for DCMA, assembling monthly management analyses/report (including preparing the monthly G&A and IR&D forecast) and assisting department managers in analyzing department performance as well as assisting in the creation of what-if analyses throughout the year. This position will necessitate interfacing/coordinating with many different people at various levels within TSC and its subsidiaries as well as performing independent research.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. Masters Degree and/or CPA a plus.
